My own feeling-blank therapy
When I’m feeling blank, this is what I normally do:
1. Having Wild World playing on repeat
2. While lying down and staring at the ceiling
3. Thinking…what to do next
That's what I'll do after this. I hope the weather gets gloomy, that'll put me in a better mood for sure.
